Equality and Diversity has always and will always be the foundation of Careaux. Through every aspect of our work with Careaux we do everything we can to ensure we are championing diversity and inclusivity.

Careaux was founded from an idea when I was fourteen as I used to borrow Laura's clothes and they were either too big on top or I wanted to add sleeves. Laura has Cystic Fibrosis and she would often struggle to find clothes that fit. This brought to the forefront of my mind, how each and every one of us were different – our own, shape, style, personality and lifestyle, yet clothing contradicted this fact. From this it became our mission to create clothing that changed to fit each and every woman, that celebrated our diversity and the incredible role models wearing the dresses for the women and girls of today and of the future. Each Careaux piece is offered in any size, as we are extremely passionate about being a brand that is wholly inclusive and one that champions equal representation and inclusive design. If you have any suggestions or need any adaptions to you Careaux piece, please email info@careaux.com, we would love to hear from you.

We never retouch any of our images. For our photoshoots we have used models whom we have been fortunate to have met through The Prince’s Trust and entrepreneurs as part of our mission to celebrate amazing role models.

We only work with factories and suppliers who adhere to safe, clean and decent working conditions and share our commitment to ethical production: sourcing and supply chain.
