Dr Baroness Newlove - Deputy Speaker House of Lords

Dr Baroness Newlove is the Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of Bolton and is the Deputy Speaker of the House Of Lords. She is also the former Victim’s Commissioner.

Baroness wears a bespoke sleeveless top with a long skirt in black. Added to this was an ‘over jacket (?)’ made from tulle with hand sewn beads through it.

Baroness wore this to the Northern Power Women Awards 2019.
