Cystic Fibrosis Trust: CF Creates
The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is a charity that is very close to our hearts as Laura has Cystic Fibrosis. Their mission is to fight for a life unlimited for all those affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
In 2018, the CF Trust launched a competition called ‘CF Creates’ in which the CF community were asked to make creations using old medicine packaging to highlight recycling.
We worked with the CF Trust on this competition and Laura was a judge. We also created two dresses for this; one was made from recycled plastic bottles and the other was made from ethically sourced fabric. They were both embellished with a mix of recycled plastic and medicine bottle sequins hand-sewn by Rachel.
